Vegetarian Taco Filling

Ingredients
-one can of chickpeas (drained but save about half the liquid)-about a teaspoon of taco seasoning (more or less to taste)
Directions
Drain the chickpeas but save about half the liquid from the can. Mash or blend in food processor or blender if you prefer a smoother mixture. Add in taco seasoning to taste. Heat up in a non stick frying pan without oil on medium heat. You don't want it to be crunchy. If the consistency is too thick add some water but you don't want it to be runny either. A large can of chickpeas will make enough filling for about 8-10 tacos.
