EZ FROZEN YOGURT PIE

Ingredients
3 - 6 oz. containers any fat-free fruit flavor yogurt1 - 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip Free (equals 50 Tbsp.)1 - 6 oz. (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust
Directions
Gently FOLD yogurt into whipped topping in large bowl until well blended. SPOON into crust. FREEZE for 4 hours or overnight until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes or until pie can be cut easily. GARNISH with additional whipped topping and fruit, if desired. Store leftover pie in freezer.

Tip: Freeze until half-frozen, about two hours. Cut into serving size pieces, then continue freezing. A single slice can easily be removed, if desired. Also, individual pieces on plates will thaw more quickly.

    Simple, easy, maybe could reduce calorie count with a low or no fat cool whip or whipped topping and a low-sugar fruit yogurt. But, can't wait to make. Also, may decorate with fresh fruit to make it look extra special. - 6/27/09
