Pan-Grilled Peppers & Mushrooms with Turnips

Ingredients
turnips, 3 medium, skinned, quartered, slicedleeks, 0.25, slicedonion, 1/2 large, quartered & slicedbell pepper, 1 green & 1 yellow, sliced thinmushrooms, 16 oz, slicedbasil, fresh, 10 leaves, choppedPam olive oil cooking spray
Directions
Grill turnips until brown, cover with small amount of water & cook until almost soft. remove from pan, add remaining vegetables & grill until onions are caramalized. Mix with turnips and add chopped basil.
