Baked Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2 Cans Chicken of the Sea - Pink Salmon - Traditional Style2 large eggs1/2 cup chopped onion15 Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers1 tsp Garlic Salt4 tsp Yellow Mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Shape into patties. Bake in 400 degree oven until browned on top and cooked through.
