Green Bean and Squash Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
4 large eggs2 cups green beans2 cups yellow squash1 tsp olive oilgarlic1 cup 1 % milk1 ox fat free feta crumbled
Directions
Saute veggies in olive oil. Mix egg and milk together. Once veggies are done, spread them on the bottom of a quiche dish or baking dish. Add cheese on top of veggies. Pour egg mixture into dish. Bake at 350 for 40 mins.

** You can use any veggies you'd like with this recipe. Also, you may want to add spices to your taste.
