4 Tbl olive oil1.5 Tbl unsweetened cocoa powder2 cups Chocolate Whey Protein1 cup coarsely chopped nuts Note 1: A "scoop" of protein powder is generally 1/3 cupNote 2: Protein powders are pretty much interchangeable. Keep in mind, though, that carb & protein counts vary by brand and flavor, so your end result may differ from the original recipe. I used ON Gold Standard 100% Whey.
Whisk cocoa in well with olive oil. Incorporate protein powder. Add chopped nuts.
Press into wax-paper-lined 9x9 pan & refrigerate. Cut into eight rectangles.
