Spanish Rice made in Korea

Ingredients
1 cup dry brown rice1 tsp olive oil1/2 onion, chopped2 tsps chicken bouillon1/2 cup tomato sauce2 cups water
Directions
Makes 6 approx. 1/2 cup servings.

Heat olive oil over medium heat; add rice and onion, and cook until rice is slightly browned. Add tomato sauce, bouillon, and water; stir. Bring to a boil and then turn down the heat, cover, and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes.

    This was very good. It took longer than 20 minutes to cook for me. I used Long Grain brown rice, so I'm not sure if that was a reason or not, but it was good once it was done. :) I did add a little chili powder to it to give it a tad bit of heat! - 5/26/10
