Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
5 egg whites, beaten1 cup low-fat cottage cheese2 tsp Splenda1 cup plain oatmealcinnamon, nutmeg, other spices to taste
Directions
Add the ingredients one by one to blender. Oatmeal is best added 1/3 cup at a time. Blend until batter forms. Cook 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until done.
