Lindsay's Protein Shake

Ingredients
1 banana1/2 cup of orange juice2 TB of yogurt1 TB of Flax Oil2 TB of flax seed meal0.5 oz of Soy Protein
Directions
Blend everything except flax seeds for easier clean-up. Pour in a cup. Stir in flax seeds.
