Brown rice with Turkey

Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Brown Rice1 Tsp Olive Oil3 pieces of Louis Rich Shaved Turkey Lunch Meat1 1/4 cup of chicken broth1 TBSP Country Crock
Directions
Put chicken broth in a pan with olive oil. Add rice. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low-medium and cover. In the mean time, cut up the turkey breast into small pieces. When all the liquid is absorbed into the rice, pour into a bowl. Stir in Turkey. Stir in butter while still hot. Let cool. Enjoy.
