Sloppy Joe's (sort of)

Ingredients
11/2 lbs. lean ground turkey.3 stalks celery, diced1 LARGE Vidalia Onion, chopped8 oz. package fresh sliced mushrooms2 TBS. minced garlic1 jar Chi Chi's Salsa2 TBS. Olive Oil
Directions
Makes 8 1 cup servings. Slice mushrooms, cut up onion and dice 3 staliks of celery. Add garlic and saute in EVOO until onions are transparent. Add turkey and brown. Add seasonings. I usually add hot pepper.
