Susi's Apple-Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients
3 cups rhubarb, chopped and peel removed1 cup apples, peeled and chopped1/2 cup sugar2 tablespoon cornstarch1/3 cup brown sugar1 cup old fashioned oats1/4 cup flour1/4 teaspoon salt1.5 tablespoons margarine 3 tbsp flax seed
Directions
Mix apple, rhubarb, sugar and cornstarch and let sit for 15 minutes.

Grease square 8 inch dish and preheat oven to 350 C.

Combine brown sugar, quick oats, flour,salt and cut in the becel. Cut in the becel until mixture is well-combined and crumbly.

Add flax seed to fruit mixture and turn into baking dish. Top with crumble mixture. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.

Cut into 12 portions
