3/4 cup all-purpose flour3/4 cup yellow cornmeal1/4 cup Splenda for baking2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup skim milk3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup Egg Beaterscooking spray
Preheat oven to 425.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk. Add liquid, stir with whisk.
Pour batter into an 8-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes until lightly browned (toothpick inserted in center should come out clean). Cool for 10 minutes in pan before eating.
