fleischmann's 1-dish taco bake

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground beef1 pkg taco seasoningmazola pure cooking spray1/2 C. Masa or Corn Meal3/4 C. Flour2 Env. Fleischmann's Rapid Rise Yeast1 Tbsp Sugar1/2 tsp. Salt3/4 C. Warm Milk (120-130 degrees)3 Tbsp. corn oil1 Egg1 C. Salsa1 C. partially crushed Frito's2 C. Mexican style shredded cheese
Brown meat and drain, add taco season and mix well (add water if needed).
Mix batter ingredients in a pre-sprayed 8x8 baking dish.
Top batter with Taco Meat, spreading evenly.
Spoon salsa over meat mixture.
Sprinkle on cheese.
Cover with corn chips.
Place in cold oven, set temp to 350 degrees and bake 30 min or until center is done.
