5 small/medium potatos3 garlic cloves, chopped2 medium tomatos, chopped2 heaped tsp curry powder1 small onion, chopped1 tsp olive oilWater to boil
1. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil.
2. When browned, add the tomato, curry powder and potato and coat in oil.
3. Add the water, bring to the boil and simmer until the potato is soft and mushy.
