Buckwheat Millet Pancakes

Ingredients
1/3 c raw buckwheat groats1/3 c millet1/3 c quinoa1 T flax seeds1 T black sesame seeds1 t apple cider vinegar1/2 c water1 T coconut oil1T agave1 t cinnamon1/4 t sea saltchopped pumpkin seeds, berries, fresh fruit, etc
Directions
Soak grains & seeds in water and vinegar overnight. Blend grains & seeds with water, coconut oil, agave, cinnamon (1T) and salt (1/4 T) until creamy. Heat pan w/ coconut oil. Pour batter onto heated pan and sprinkle with chopped pumpkin seeds and/or berries.
