Spicy chicken and rice

Ingredients
I took approx 6 to 7 chicken tenderloins. I seasoned them with pepper and garlic powder. I brown this and cooked until almost done and then added the chopped onions. I cooked this until the onions were soft. I added the res of the ingredients along with some water. I would recommend that you use some Minute Rice or fast cooke rice. If you do that then be carefull how much water you use. Season to taste and cook until rice is tender.
