Ingredients
1 Mission Whole Wheat wrap50g artichoke hearts in oil (drained weight)50g mushrooms in oil (drained weight)70g tofu
Directions

1) Make sure the antipasta is thoroughly drained.

2) Chop tofu into small blocks

3) Place all ingredients in fry pan and fry until brown

4) Place in wrap
