Kay's 7 Layer Dip or Salad

1 c. fat-free sour cream2 T. reduced sodium taco seasoning9 oz. fat-free bean dip (about 1 heaping cup)6 oz. guacamole (about 3/4 cup)1/4 c. low-fat shredded cheddar cheese4 medium green onions, chopped1 small tomato, chopped6 medium olives, black, sliced2 c. Romaine lettuce, shredded3 c. iceberg lettuce, shredded
If making salad, layer lettuce first and other ingredients in order listed.
For dip:
Combine sour cream and taco seasoning; mix well.
Spread bean dip on bottom of 12-inch round glass serving dish or edged platter. Top with guacamole, sour cream, cheese, onions, tomatoes and olices. Yields 1/4 cup serving. Serve with baked chips.
