Beef and Potato Tacos

Ingredients
1lb Ground beef1 Large Potato, Diced, very small pieces1 Cup of Diced Red Ripe Tomatoes1.5 Cups Shredded Iceberg Lettuce1 cup Refried BeansLawry's Taco Seasoning or your favorite taco seasoning, to taste.corn tortilas
Directions
brown the ground beef & Drain extra fat off.
add in the the diced potatoes in the skillet,
add about a cup of water to cover beef & water,
add taco seasonings to taste and bring to a boil and let simmer till the water has reduced and potatoes are tender. (add more water if the potatoes aren't cooked well enough)

Heat Beans, and serve with tortillas that have been heated either on the stove or in a microwave between a towel.

Add Cheese and other toppings if desired.
