Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground turkey1/2 t. ground ginger2 T. low sodium soy sauce2 tsp. chopped garlic (from jar) -- or 2 chopped garlic cloves2 green onions, chopped1/2 c. hoisin sauce2 t. sesame oil
Directions
Mix turkey with ginger, soy sauce, garlic and onions. Form into patties and cook 5 minutes on each side on the grill. As burgers cook, base with hoisin mixed with sesame oil.

Option: Grill fresh pineapple rings to tops burgers.
