Rosemary, Mustard & Apple Chicken

3 boneless & skinless chicken breasts1/4 cup sugar-free apple butter2 Tbsp. vegetable oil1 tsp. lite soy sauce1 tsp. spicy brown mustard1/2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
In a quart-sized ziploc bag, combine everything but the chicken. Close, and squeeze lightly until marinade is combined.
Open bag, and add chicken. Close bag, squeeze lightly until chicken is coated in the marinade, and set on a plate. Refrigerate, and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Cook as desired - great grilled or baked!
