20 Garlic Clove Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup white wine4 stocks celery, chopped1 large onion, chopped20 cloves garlicSalt and pepper to taste2 tsp dried tarragon
Directions
Place chopped onion, celery and garlic in bottom of heavy dutch oven (large pot). Place chicken breasts on top. Pour wine over all. Sprinle with salt, pepper and tarragon. Cover and bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Take top off, remove chicken to a warming plate. Simmer sauce to reduce for 5-10 minutes depending how much sauce you want. Return chicken to sauce and serve with rice or quinoa. Garnish with chopped parsley or fresh tarragon.
