Soft Polenta in the Microwave

Ingredients
3/4 cup dry polenta1 tsp salt3 cups water2 tb butter1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine polenta, salt, and water in a microwave-safe casserole. Microwave on high 9 minutes. Stir thoroughly.

Microwave 9 minutes on 70% (medium) power, stirring every 3 minutes. Stir in butter and cheese, mixing thoroughly. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
