Easy Beef w/Green Peppers and Plantain

Ingredients
1 ripe plantain, diced1 cup basmati rice, cooked2 green bell peppers10 tbsp organic ketchup16 oz ground beef
Directions
1. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray
2. Add 5 tbsp ketchup and beef to pan.
3. Slightly brown beef and fold in all remaining ingredients except the plantain.
4. In a separate container, fry the plantain with nonstick cooking spray.
5. Mix everything together, and allow meat to simmer on low for about 20 minutes
