Nicki's Lasagna

Ingredients
2 lbs beef, 2 cans tomato sauce, 1 can tomato paste,2 oz. pureed cauliflower, 12 WW lasagna noodles,1 large ricotta cheese(skim), 1 large cottage cheese, 1 cup grated parmesan, 1 cup frozen spinach, 1 large egg, 3 cups mozz. cheese
Directions
brown meat, drain, add tomato sauce and paste and 2 oz. pureed cauliflower, simmer,
boil water, cook noodles,
mix ricotta, cottage, parm, 1 cup, mozz and 1 egg, stir well, add spinach.
drain pasta, layer in large pan, pasta, cheese mixture, meat/sauce mixture, top w/ 2 cups mozz chz.
bake
375 for 30 minutes
