Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 6 cup (1" pieces) Velveeta Cheese Product, 6 oz Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 2 cup, diced Mrs Dash, table blend, 1 teaspoon, or to taste
Prep time included cooking cauliflower in the microwave. Cut velveeta into chunks and dice ham. Mix together and bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 8 1-cup servings. Serve with salad [shown].

SWEET-ENOUGH
I don't like velveeta so I made a sauce with shredded cheddar and a bit of cream (microwaved). Very satisfying, and a great idea. - 6/30/09

I have never been a master at gravies or sauces...but YAY YOU! I have, since writing this recipe down, cut back the amount of Velveeta cheese when I make this, heated it to melting, then added sharp cheddar to it before the oven. I love very cheesy.
