I don't like velveeta so I made a sauce with shredded cheddar and a bit of cream (microwaved). Very satisfying, and a great idea. - 6/30/09

I have never been a master at gravies or sauces...but YAY YOU! I have, since writing this recipe down, cut back the amount of Velveeta cheese when I make this, heated it to melting, then added sharp cheddar to it before the oven. I love very cheesy.

Very good! But I made it with brocolli, because I don't like cauliflower. - 11/2/09

Very simple to make, great use for leftover ham but a one cup serving size seemed a little small. It didn't seem like there were 8 cups after everything cooked down. - 1/2/20

sounded good I'll have to try the cream and cheddar because the velveeta wasn't good - 10/24/10
