Cabbage and Bean Soup

8 Cups cabbage chopped2 Cups Chicken stock1 Cup chopped onions1 Cup chopped carrots1 Cup chopped Celery1 15 ounce can Pinto Beans with juice1 15 ounce can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)1T minced GarlicSalt and White pepper to taste
Chop all the vegetables and put in a large pot with the chicken broth. Add garlic, and beans then salt and white pepper to taste.
Cook on med high for about 15 minutes then turn down to med low for an additional 15 minutes or until carrots are tender.
Makes 8 1-cup servings
