If you don't want your rolls to go dry OR you want to make them for the next days lunch uses sushi rice instead of long grain rice. Sushi rice is more similar to Arborio rice in that it is smaller and starchy. sticks together much better. - 1/10/14

I made this as a surprise for my husband last night, as he LOVES sushi, but we live in a small town where you can't find any unless you drive at least 45 mins away... He loved this recipe - my only problem was the measurements! I mean, it's kinda hard to figure out how much '30 grams' is & such :S - 9/28/11

These turned out pretty good. I used canned crab that I had on hand, and it was alright. I will get crab pieces next time we try this. But other than that, pretty tasty! - 3/5/11

I make sushi occasionally and recommend it! I am wondering why the grams of sugar is so high, after referring to the full nutritional break down. I'm a diabetic so it matters. - 4/22/10

I made this with my daughter, it was fun to make! It tasted pretty good, as long as you eat them right away. I need more practice rolling them up though! Did not store well for me. I put them in the refrigerator over night, for lunch, and the rice was so dry and everything crumbled out of the nori. - 3/3/10
