*Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 16 oz Sour Cream, .5 cup Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 4 oz Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Louis Kemp, Crab Delights-imitation crab, 2 cup Dill weed, dried, 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar 4 tablespoon Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp or to taste. --Optional ***Any veggies can be used in this salad. Don't be afraid to play around. ****

    My husband and I LOVED this dish. When I was measuring my portion, I weighed 2 oz.! I hope that was a typo and was supposed to read 2 cups. I could not have survived on 2 oz. for dinner. Thanks for sharing your great recipe. - 9/13/10
