Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients
1 14oz can of sauerkraut, rinsed and drained3/4 cup onion, chopped3/4 of a large red pepper, chopped1/4 cup sugar4 packets Splenda2 T vegetable oil
Directions
Stir sugar, Splenda, and oil together in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Makes about 6 servings.
