Veggie Quesidilla

Ingredients
1 Low Carb High Fiber Tortilla1/4 cup low sodium black beans, rinsed1/4 cup rotel1/4 cup cheese1/4 cup chopped broccoli3 Tbsp Salsa2 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions
Spray frying pan with Pam and cook Broccoli in pan until slightly tender. Remove broccoli from pan. Mix Black Beans and Rotel. Add Flour Tortilla to frying pan and top half of the tortilla with bean mixture, brocolli and cheese. Fold tortilla over and cook until cheese melts, turning tortilla as needed. Serve with Salsa and Fat Free Sour Cream.
