We enjoyed it a lot, even the kids. We used store bought bread crumbs instead of fresh. We are adding it to or normal routine. - 6/12/09

Questions: How many cans of already deboned/deskinned salmon would you use? Also, recipe says "1/2 milk". Is that a 1/2 of a cup?
Looking forward to trying this! - 6/5/09

One can of salmon and 1/2 cup of milk, thanks for bringing that to my attention.

This was very tasty, we baked them in a muffin tin since I didn't have baking cups, and that worked. I would make this again. - 6/4/09

I have read this recipe 5 times. What am I supposed to do with the butter, lemon juice, bread crumbs, etc? I'm so confused! - 6/3/12

It's really easy to make, and my husband asked me to make it again, so it gets a high score in my book! I am not a big fan of tinned salmon, but this recipe tasted great to me, so double bonus points for that! Thanks for the great recipe! - 7/30/09

I used leftover smoked salmon, egg white only, and panko bread crumbs. Very pretty! - 6/29/10

I am a wee bit confused on the use of water. Can I put them in a cupcake tray bake or do I need to place the cupcake tray in hot water? - 8/3/09

Put the cupcake tray in a pan of hot water. I think it has something to do with the steam not sure. Hope that helps.
