Ingredients
.5 Cup of frozen mixed berries.5 Cup of frozen mango chunks.5 container of low fat, plain yogurta generous splash of club soda
Directions
Thaw berries and mangoes in microwave (30 seconds on high). Put fruit in blender along with yogurt, puree until smooth. Strain out the seeds, or leave them in if you want to. Pour a heavy splash of club soda on top for fizz, and stir. Enjoy!
