1 flour tortilla shell1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil1/2 c refried beans1 cup shredded romaine lettuce4 oz cooked chicken breast4 Tbsp salsa3 Tbsp shredded Monterey Jack Cheese2 Tbsp. Sour Cream4 Tbsp. Guacamole
Directions
Fry tortilla until crisp and puffy. Fill tortilla shell with beans, chicken, lettuce, top with salsa, cheese, sour cream adn guacamole.
