mustard potato salad

Ingredients
9 potatoes 1/2 cup lt mayo1/2 cup sugarfree relish1/4 cup dijon mustard1/2 onion1 green peppersalt and pepper to taste2 egg whites
Directions
makes 14 1/2 cup servings
dice and boil potatoes; boil 2 eggs
chop onion and green pepper
drain potatoes, take yolk out of egg and just use the egg white
mix the rest of the ingredients together
