Daanyaachi Aamti ani Varyacha Bhat

Ingredients
DAANYACHI AAMTI1cup Roast Unsalted Peanuts2 small Potatoes5 fresh Green Chillies1tsp.Cumin Seeds1tbsp.Clarified Butter(Ghee)2 Kokum Shells 2 cups WaterOR 1 cup Taak(thin Sour Buttermilk)and1 cup Water1"piece Jaggery OR1tsp.Brown Cane Sugar
Directions
Pick and clean the Rice.Wash and drain ot the Water. Heat 4 cups Water in a pan.
Powder the roasted unsalted Peanuts.Boil and peel the Potatoes.Cut 1 Potato in small cubes and mash the other Potato to a smooth paste.Slit the Green Chillies lengthwise.
Dissolve the Jaggery,the mashed Potato and Salt to taste in the Butter Milk and Water or just Water.
DAANYAACHI AAMTI
Heat ghee in a pan.Add the Cumin Seeds and slit Green chillies.When these sputter pour in the seasoned Buttermilk or Water.Add the coarse Roast Peanut Powder and Potato Cubes.Cook till well heated through.Serve hot with Varicha Bhat
VARICHA BHAT
Heat ghee in pan and add the Cumin seeds and slit Green Chillies.When these sputter lower flame and add drained Rice and saute till golden.Pour in measured hot water and add Salt to taste.Cook as for regular Rice.Serve hot with Daanyaachi Aamti for a Faraali Meal.
