Slow Cooker Ham and Hash Browns

Ingredients
32 oz frozen Southern Style Hash Brown Potatoes24 oz cubed cooked ham2 oz jar pimentos, drained and chopped10 3/4 oz can condensed cheddar cheese soup3/4 c fat free half-and-halfdash of peppersalt to taste
Directions
1. Combine potatoes, ham, and pimentos in slow-cooker
2. Combine soup, half-and-half, and seasonings and pour over potatoes
3. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
