6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts pounded to 1/2 inch thick1/2 cup ranch dressing thinned a bit with water1 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
Directions
dredge chicken through dressing and then coat with crumbs.Place on tinfoil covered baking sheet and bake at 400 for 45 minutes
