Tszatziki Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup olive oil1 cup peeled cucumber and grated with cheese grater then squeeze all water from it5 cloves of shredded garlica dash or salt3 cups plain yogurt
Directions
strain the yogurt in a j - cloth for about an hour till the yogurt has little liquid and is more thick, then put one cup olive oil, then add the 5 cloves of grated garlic you may use more or less depending on how hot you want it, then put a dash of salt, then peel and shred the cucumber on the cheese grater then make sure to squeeze excess liquid from the cucumber before putting in the mixture. mix all together. Use to dip pita bread or to put on souvlaki chicken or port on lamb HAPPY EATING
