Ham, Pineapple, & Veggie Pizza on Whole Wheat Crust with Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients
For one ROUND (12-ish inches) baking sheet size pizza use:• 3/4 batch of Jenny's Whole Wheat Pizza Dough RECIPE (For calculating pizzas - see my other recipes for ingredients and directions!)• 3/4 cup (Unico Garlic & Basil) Pizza Sauce• 70g Red Onions, chopped• 100g Red Bell Peppers, chopped• 130g Pineapple, fresh OR canned in juice, chopped (tidbits)• 130g Black Forest Ham, deli meat, chopped• 180g Mozzarella Cheese, shredded• 1 tbsp. Canola Oil (for coating the baking sheet before baking!)
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven (325F).
2. Roll the pizza dough out onto a large, OILED cookie sheet.
3. Spread the pizza sauce on the prepared pizza dough.
4. Add a bit of the shredded mozzarella cheese to the prepared crust.
5. Evenly spread the toppings over the crust.
6. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
8. Remove from oven, let stand a few minutes, and slice into 8 equal pieces.
9. Enjoy! :)
