Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 can diced tomatoes1 can (8oz) tomato sauce1.5 cups chopped or sliced onions1.5 cups chopped or sliced green peppers.75 cup raw rice1.5 cups water4 slices cooked baconworcestershire sauce to taste one can black beans (rinsed)
Directions
-Put onion and green pepper in electric skillet with a little oil cook until tender. Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook on high until bubbling really good and then turn down temperatre to simmer setting and cook for 45 minutes (stirring well every fifteen minutes so it will not stick)
- makes four 1.5 cup servings
