12 Grain French Toast

Ingredients
* 1 Egg white * Stonemill bread 12 grain (2 slices) * 1 Egg * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * ground cinnamon, .5 tbsp * Splena, 1 packet * Milk, 1%, .16 cup (tablespoon1) * E D Smith no sugar added syrop, 3 tbsp * Butter, unsalted, .25 tbsp
Directions
Add butter to pan on medium heat

wisk egg, egg white, cinnamon, splenda, milk and vanilla in a bowl.

dip each slice into the egg mixture and cook in pan until browned on each side ( about 5 mins i think, i just watch it)

remove from pan

add syrop and enjoy!!!!
