Maple Banana Frozen Yogurt

1 3/4 cup skim milk1 package Knox unflavored gelatine6 packets Splenda6 packets Truvia1-32 ounce (907 gram) carton Brown Cow "Cream on Top" Maple yogurt2 large bananas
Makes about 1/2 gallon (2 quarts)...about 8 1-cup servings
In a large mixing bowl, sprinkle the package of gelatine on top of 1/2 cup skim milk. Heat the other 1 1/4 cup milk in a pan with the Splenda and Truvia. Bring the milk to a boil, then pour in with the gelatine and stir until gelatine dissolves.
Stir in the carton of yogurt.
Cut the banana in fourths lengthwise, then cut slices about 1/4 inch thick (making small chunks of banana). Stir banana into the yogurt/milk mixture.
Freeze according to the directions of your ice cream freezer.
