Ingredients
2 Tbs. Bacon Fat or EVOO2 large onions, diced2 Tbs. flour1/2 tesp. sugar1/2 tesp. salt1 Tbs Curry powder, more if desired1 bay leaf2 c. Consomme/ bf or ck brothsalt & pepper as desired/needed, I omit3-4 c. diced lambMelt bacon fat, add and cook until golden the onions. Stir in flour and add sugar, salt, curry powder and bay leaf. Pour in consomme/broth and cook until thickened, Add lamb.Add salt & pepper as desired.Serves 6

    I reduced the onions and it was still way too strong. Also needs some directions on cooking the lamb. I cooked it separately. - 5/2/13
