Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb stew beef1 large can (around 35 oz) crushed tomatoes1 can water (use can from tomatoes)5 medium raw white potatos 5 medium raw carrots2 stalks celery1 medium raw onion2 tsp beef boullion or flavor
Directions
Brown stew beef in dutch oven. Cut raw vegetables in chunks. Add tomato and water to beef, stir. Add cut up vegetables to beef and tomato mixture; stir. Add boullion stir. Cover and simmer on low to medium heat for at least 1 hour.

This can also be done in a crockpot. Simply brown the beef and then put all the ingredients in the crockpot. Slow cook on medium for 8 - 10 hours.

Makes about 6, 1-cup servings.
