1/2 Cup Canola Oil4 Packs Pre- Melted Chocolate 2 Cups Sugar4 Extra Large Eggs2 Cups Bread Flour2 Teaspoons Baking Powder1/2 Teaspoon Salt2 Teaspoons Vanilla1 Cup Powdered Sugar
I Mix ALL By Hand
Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar. Blend in eggs until well mixed.
Add in Vanilla. Stir salt, flour and baking powder into oil mixture.
Chill several hours- overnight is better.
preheat oven to 350
Drop by teaspoons into powdered sugar to coat
Roll into balls and place on greased baking sheet or parchment paper about 2 inches apart
Bake 10-12 minutes DO NOT OVER BAKE
Makes about 6 dozen
