Chicken Marsala with pasta

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Marsala Wine1.5 Cup Chicken Broth (99% fat free)Whole wheat flour, just enought to coat the chickenSalt and pepper, sprinke on the chicken with flourcup of mushrooms, freshcup of onions, fresh, sliced4 chicken breasts2 cups of whole wheat, cooked, pasta (0.5 cups per serving)2 tablespoon EVOO
Directions
cook the mushrooms and onions in a seperate skillet and boil some water for the pasta

coat the chicken breast with salt and pepper and the whole wheat flour

sautee chicken in a skillet with 1-2 tablespoons of EVOO (add when needed)

When chicken is browned set aside

Add chicken broth and marsala wine to skillet and let simmer. Add cooked mushrooms and onions, let simmer for a few minutes. Add chicken back to skillet. While you are doing this the pasta should be cooking in the boiling water.

let simmer until chicken is cooked and pasta is done.
