Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients
1 can - chick peas1 mediium - onion, chopped5 cloves - garlic, chopped finely2 tbsp. - Becel Light Margarine
Directions
Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add onion and garlic and saute until soft. Pour whole can of chick peas in and bring to a boil. Simmer until 3/4 of juice from chick peas is gone. Let cool and serve and can be eaten hot.

Makes 5 - 1/2 cup servings.
