Peanut Butter Apple Crisp

Ingredients
Filling:9 med apples, pared and sliced¼ c brown sugar1 t cinnamonTopping:1 c flour1 c quick oatmeal½ c brown sugar½ t salt1 t vanilla¼ c butter¼ c peanut butter3 oz peanuts
Directions
Combine filling ingredients and put in a greased 9x13 pan. Combine topping ingredients with a pastry blender or hands and sprinkle over filling.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
